We are currently dancing Thursdays from 7-9pm
and one Sunday morning/month from 10:45am-12:30pm

$20- cash or e-transfer prior to the event or at the door.
low income: please etransfer 15-20 prior to the dance
2 volunteer spots available (please contact us 2 days in advance)
under 12 and over 80 years dance for free!
No one has ever been or will be turned away for lack of funds. This said, we strongly feel the value of this offering to be $20, so please check in at the door if you can't afford it!

These sessions are lightly facilitated and offer both invitations to explore different pathways into movement and an open space for you to experience your own journey while being connected to the group field. No experience necessary and all ages and abilities welcome. |
